Thankful 27
Today I am thankful for my rice cooker and steamer! I can make chicken and rice all in one thing in around 30 minutes. It's really awesome for those nights that I do not want to cook, which are like... All of them. It's really nice especially if I time it right for dans arrival home from work! He's all happy to have hot food ready, though he's learned not to expect such things!

Rice cookers and crockpots are miracles sent to us by the kitchen gods. Which means I have no good reason to not come home to a hot cooked meal that I tossed together in the morning.
