iPhone Photo Friday!! Yay!

Photobucket
Hey there, Readers!! :) So glad to see you today, as I have a rant that I need to post... Yes, another story this Friday... and it just really got me down yesterday.

Backstory: my dog just absolutely loves playing in the giant sandbox we have by our apt. One day I was out there with a friend and her dog and they were playing in the sand. This lady was driving in her car and stops and stares for a moment, rolls down her window and spits out, " that is not cool. I can't believe you let your dog pee in there! Children play in there all the time! Next time I see your dog in there I am going to call the MPs!"

1. My dog was NOT relieving himself in the sand box. He had gone to the bathroom already.
2. I would have been physically impossible to see what my dog was doing exactly. Which was digging in the sand.

---

Yesterday, I was walking my dog. A group of people less than 100ft away were chatting as I was walking toward them. One looks at me and says loudly, "that is the lady who let her dog shit in the sandbox!"

All u could say was "my dog did not go to the bathroom in the sandbox!" I kept walking toward them... With Koodge. About 7 ft after we pass them Koodge starts peeing in the grass. Ha!

Anyway, this really made me upset. I am not really confrontational person so that is why I did not backlash. It us much easier said than done to say something back in that instance for someone like me. I didn't know what to do and still don't. I get frustrated at something and I cry. That is just the unfortunate way I deal with things.

Dan asked me what my game plan was the next time this happens. It will happen again, this lady went out of her way to be mean!! I told him that I would call the MPs and tell them how she is harassing me. But Dan says that I will have to warn her that I am going to talk to the MPs before I call them... I am not excited about that.

The funny thing is, I talked to an MP earlier today about the first incident and they confirmed my suspicions about them just basically laughing in her face if she called them.

I am not sure why I needed to write all that out for you all... But it sucked. I don't like being in the line if fire, especially if I have done nothing wrong...

So there it was... It made me so upset yesterday that I cried. Because I am a baby and don't like confrontation...
BUT here are my photos for this week. Not too many, because I have just been having a difficult week!
I made No Bake Cheesecake!
I ate it too... lol
Got to see a gorgeous sunset (This is SOOC!)
Puppy cuddle time.
It's a frequent occurrence, puppy cuddle time.
Did you take any photos with your cell phone this past week?! I would love to see them! Head on over to Adrienne Rose Photography to link up!

  1. I'm not a confrontational person either so I totally get your pain! Just remember that you know what Koodge is doing, she doesn't. She's a petty, petty woman and probably just feels the need to create drama so she can be in the spotlight. It's really hard for me to stand up for myself, but it's getting easier as I get older. I'm glad that you and Dan talked about it and came up with a game plan! If you ever need to talk I'm here.

  3. I totally understand your rant! I really hate when people wrongly assume things about what my dog is doing! It's like they are accusing my child of doing something they aren't doing lol

  8. Such a sad story! I don't have a similar one...and I don't have a dog... but I definitely hate it when people assume things about me that aren't true (its the worst!)You sound a lot like me in that your none confrontational, and if you do get in arguments you tend to cry (me all the way!)

Thanks for stopping by my blog, yours is awesome...I'm a new follower!
