Last weekend I showed you guys the beginnings of the first Tarot Card that really called to me from the WildWood Tarot deck. The Ancestor. I've decided to draw my tarot cards as a way of "connecting" to the deck before using them. Here is my progress thus far. :)
Drawn by me with reference to the 5 The Ancestor card of the Wildwood Tarot - Original by Will Worthington Work in progress. :) |
I am noticing a few things in the card that I wouldn't have noticed before. For instance the round thin in the hand. I thought it was just a wooden shield at first, but as I was drawing it and taking a deeper look, I realized it was a drum! Which means the thing in the other hand would be some sort of drum stick!
Do you have any art you've been working on this week? Link up with the linkies below!
I love this so much!! :) Please post more if you do them. Happy weekend <3
