My Progress (What I've Been Up To While the Hubby is Away)

My progress, in photos, of getting to a healthier me. I began in Sept. of 2011... continued for a month, lost interest, and began again in February by eating right. I started Body By Vi shakes in February 2012 to help me with my portion control. In May 2012 I started walking and exercising again. June 2012 I entered into a weight loss competition, we are lifting weights and it feels great!

Starting weight: 187 lbs
Goal weight: 140-150 lbs (then we'll see from there) 
Weight: 181lbs 
Pounds lost: 6

Bust: 39"
Smallest part of waist: 34.5"
Waist at Belly Button: 39.5"
Hips (biggest part around bum): 43.5"
Right and Left Bicep: 13.5" each
Right and Left Thigh: 27" each

Goal weight: 140-150 lbs (then we'll see from there)
Weight: 166
Pounds lost: 21

June 27th, 2012
Weight: 161-164 (was weighed twice that day...)
Lbs lost: 23-26

Smallest part of waist: 32" (lost 2.5 inches)
Waist at Belly Button: 38" (lost 1.5 inches)
Hips (biggest part around bum): 41" (lost 2.5 inches)
Right and Left Bicep: 12" each (lost 2 inches)
Right and Left Thigh: 25" each (lost 2 inches)
So there you have it... I am excited to be working towards a goal! I am so close to reaching it! Registered & Protected
