How to... Show off!

At the grocery store a while back, (a month??) I begged for a ginger root. I wanted to try ginger tea, badly, for some reason or another (maybe because I LOVE ginger ale...). After much persuasion, husband allowed me to get the root!! Woohoo.

A week and a half ago I went scavenging through my cupboards, and to finally try out my ginger root tea!!

Needless to say, I didn't get to try out the tea... My ginger root was growing!!

Husband and I decided to try and get it to grow enough to plant it! :) what a fun experiment!
