Good Afternoon, from Germany!

Hello everyone! I hope your first week of May is going well!! So far the first week of May has been pretty uneventful in our househotel-hold. ;). We're still there... Though today we did get an offer for an apartment... However, USAG Ansbach is odd... It is separated into like... 5 or 6 different posts... anyway... We got offered an apartment on one of the posts which doesn't have the Hubband's place of work on it... it's about 10-20 minutes away, depending on traffic... and we don't have a car yet. They also do not have balconies on those apartments... *sigh* there is only ONE post with apartments with balconies on them, and that happens to be the one where hubband's place of work is. THAT is where we want to be! We want to easily access the PX and Commissary! We don't want to have to drive 10-20 minutes to get to the gas station, PX, Commissary, Shoppette, or anything else! We want to be right there where almost everything is!

Ugh. I don't know what I want to do. We said we would take a look at the apartment because it sounds like she did some work to get one for us... But, we already think that we don't want it. Bleh. So here I am ... venting.

Also... In the hotel room... we weren't supposed to put up our wireless router... of course we did anyway...we have two laptops and two people who love to be online... Of COURSE we put up our router!! Well... the found it today... and shut off our internets completely! UGH. I didn't think they would ACTUALLY do that! Ha! Well, joke's on us. They did. So I went over to the Community Center and that is where I am now.

Anyway... I am going to stop ranting for a minute, at least! 

Hubband and I were in downtown (old town) Ansbach and there was a sewing store! How exciting! I really want to learn how to sew, and luckily (once I get a car) there will be sewing classes at the Arts and Crafts center on post! I really think it would be cool if I could make a blanket, or something! Don't you??

Still don't have much for pictures. Been feeling a little sicky lately. Hopefully that goes away quickly because I hope to go exploring some more this weekend! And to the lake!
