Oooooh YUMMY!

YUM!
You'll Need:
-Ice Cream Sandwiches (any kind will do, they only had the round SKINNY COW ice cream sandwiches when I went to the commissary).
-Whipped cream (either make your own or buy a tub or two)
-Chocolate (or your fave flavor) instant pudding mix.
-Oreos
-Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
-Food Coloring (if you wish)

1. make your whipped cream (if you're not using a tub). One 1/2 pint (you'll need two) and one table spoon of sugar. You'll need two separate bowls.
-I used the little 1/2 pint heavy cream they have at the commissary
2. In one bowl add some (to your liking) crunched up Oreos, some of the Pudding mix powder, and a little bit of your hot fudge ice cream topping. (all of this is add to your taste, I did not measure).
3. In your other bowl of whipped cream, add food coloring to your liking. :)
4. Take out your ice cream sandwiches and put one down, then put your chocolate whipped cream mixture and put it on, add another ice cream sandwich, add the chocolate whipped cream mix, and so on.
-You can make your ice cream cake as big/wide/tall/fat as you want. You don't have to just use three stacked on top of each other!
5. Now with your colored (or not colored) whipped cream spread it on your sandwiches and chocolate whipped cream mixture like it would be frosting!

If you have a tall and skinny one like i have shown here, you're definitely want to support it... Add some toothpicks in between layers and wrap it with tinfoil. Or else it WILL fall over in the freezer! (the tin foil made mine look all crinkled! it was kind of neat, you can fix the 'frosting' when you pull it out).

6. Wrap your cake with tin foil (to help keep it's shape) and put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving!
7. When ready pull off the tin foil, fix anything you don't like about the whipped cream frosting and serve! :)
